how to create a repo etc

Setup page has a link to the GitHub tutorial on creating a repo. However, some formatting is required to fix the second point, as well as list the correct description in the Schedule (currently says "Download files required for the lesson" which is misleading)

The description in the schedule for the "Setup" requires an update as well (4OSS-lesson/_includes/syllabus.html)
