Consider supporting migrating external IDs

Some users have complained that not migrating external IDs is breaking their export....
Possibly consider adding an option to export the external ids too...
Possible issues:
The external id is supposed to be globally unique (ie unique across tenants) so you shouldn't really copy it between tenants
