Overview
Button colors seem to not be implemented. In this pr i updated buttons to have a separate icon/button color.
Button background or icon color can be updated to show what the user's next step should be-- whatever looks best.
Acceptance Criteria
When there is at least 1 sbom uploaded, differentiate between next and add to give the 'Next' button priority
- upload sbom next button
- metrics next button
