Can no longer find options to acquire feats at additional levels

There used to be options to acquire new feats at various levels such as level 2,4,6,10 etc. but I can no longer find that option. Is it hidden somehwere?

Yes. Mod UI had a huge reorg. Have you tried under Proficiencies tab?
