add folder pane to panes displayed for index.html resources

Actually a folder root or any other containing index.html is displayed as an html resource without the folder-pane.
There is no direct way to display/access the files/folder contained in that folder.
The only possibility to know/display the content is to go to source-pane that in this particular situation contains index.ttl representation of the folder.
