fails to load page in field entered, only loads mirror image of the page accessed from

I was working on an app using this form playgound, it was working just fine at first, but then it stopped working all together. Found it at: https://timbl.com/timbl/Automation/Library/ however it appears that his version of this has stopped working also.

Update: Now this app does not work at all! @timbl can you explain what files went missing? where are they missing from? who had access to delete them?
