Be smart about when something is not editable
if not logged in then log in button
if logged in and still uneditable:
- suppress the new message box, camera icon, etc
- suppress in action bar those things which would involve editing the chat file.
- Don't make new file for today.
- no "Unable to link old message block to new one" message
