The move of authn.loginStatusBox to login.loginStatusBox means that all previous code that imports mashlib and uses login will fail. This should have been a major release. Not sure what we should do about it now.

If this proves to be too much work to make a backwards-compatible function, maybe the easiest thing to do is document the change. If that is acceptable here is a PR with possible wording #163. If we go this route, we should probably make an announcement in the forum. If that sounds good I'll make the announcement and point to the README.
