Re-skin the databrowser

The style and icons needs to be dramatically improved and specifically brought into the current UI language. It has been developed as a functional prototype. It needs to be re-skinned a s a beautiful thing.

A welcome screen to select where the navbar / browser chrome lives:
The home screen with app icons. Similar to how mobile launchers work. Scroll down to see your news feed.
Showing a folder resource.
Inside an extension / user installed module / app. The always visble navbar offers some basic features, including a view switcher and sharing settings.
