Build both a non-minified and minified version for production

Also, make sure that the non-minified one is the version main in package.json is pointing to: if a consumer is parsing that, they're probably using a bundler and doing their own minification (or not, for timbl.com) - the minified version is primarily provided as a convenience for people wanting to include it directly through a <script> tag.
