Enhancement: Hot steam sound is too loud and obtrusive. Make it quieter

As the title says the hot steam sound that plays when you're walking on magma/campfires is unpleasantly loud.
Also it plays for each foot, which stacks up way too many sound effects at once. It should only play once, or maybe even every few steps instead.
