General improvements for in app dApp browser

Currently the dApp browser is super bare bones. It gets the job done by allowing users to navigate to any web page that they'd like and connect their Solana wallets, but I would like to see a few of the following features added:
- User created bookmarks
- Basic browsing history
- Ability to set homepage
