[FEATURE] Migrate to node 14.17.0 and npm 7

Describe the solution you'd like
In the configuration of the GitHub actions, we use node 12.
In the package used to build the code (and heroku), we use actually node 16 and npm 7.
On my side I use node 14 and npm 6...
It's a mess, I think we should have explicit versions.
