SignalR user-specific notifications not working after removing ajax menu navigation in administartion area.

SignalR notifications in administration area are not working as expected since redesign
In the old design everything was loaded into a separate main container, that allowed me to send notification before the view was returned. As of right now this approach does not work because the page refreshes and the notification is disabled.
