Depot: User page needs password confirmation

Right now the password field is obscured when typing and there's no text box for confirming the password to ensure it was typed correctly. This is relatively minor since you can always reset it (barring the current user edit bug of course which currently will force an admin to delete the user to be edited and recreate it to make the change), but we should probably do this right.
