How do I open soundnode?

I downloaded the zip file and extracted. I can't find a soundnode.exe to install it or open it? What do I do?

Go to https://github.com/Soundnode/soundnode-app/releases/tag/7.0.0, there is attached files for all platforms

That doesn't answer the question. Version 7.0.0 gives me a "Pango-ERROR **: 23:31:10.390: Harfbuzz version too old (1.2.7)" error. How do I compile the source files into an executable on Linux so as to use the librarie version I have installed? According to my package manager, I have version 1.0.3 installed.
