Can't Find/Install the Plugin for WordPress.com Sites

I went to install the WordPress plugin in my wordpress.com site and I wasn't able to find it and there didn't seem to be a way to install it. Is there a way to do this on wordpress.com sites.

So it looks like WordPress.com no longer supports installing plugins. I believe, in past it had paid plans that you can subscribe to and install plugins. However, regardless, it's not possible now. They have some common plugins ready to be used and that's it.
There is a way to request adding but it didn't seem fast process.
So, I think there isn't much we can do about it.
