Split coding into manageable chunks

Development needs to find a way to make coding more manageable, having a gigantic script file will not be helpful in feature expansions.

Code was split into various command files housed in the "command_index" directory as of SparksD2145@9ec76b901d. Handling for calling subroutines was 'finalized' (in rudimentary form for this version) as of SparksD2145@9673e9d7bb.
Pending upstream approval.
