Need to add and fix Q Messenger Add-on

I realized in the beginning of the code when I added the Q Messenger command, when running the command it would fail. Something about the way MS DOS handles Java runtime in CMD. Possible fix soon?

Issue resolved via use of Q messenger's java web start capabilities. Creates log files on user's desktop, will need to issue ticket for this bug.
