BOM: too expensive

The bill of material (BOM) is too expensive.
As today, for less than 100 units the price is 40€/u and for more than 100 units the price falls to 23€/u.
It's still too far from the objective of 10€/u for more than 100 units.
The three most expensives items are:
- Op amp: 3x 3,47 = 10,41€
- PCM3168a : 5,83€
- buck converter : 1,5€
Maybe it's possible to switch the Op amp to another cheapest one??
The buck converter can be changed too.
Yes, the final price is far from the expected price... Choosing a cheaper Op amp could be one solution!
OPA1654 could be a good candidate.
pros against OPA1644:
- price: 2,31€/u 1,41€/100u (HT) (60% cheaper)
- pin compatible
- higher output current 50mA @ 10V & 25°C (instead of 44mA)
- higher bandwidth 18MHz (instead of 11MHz)
cons against OPA1644:
- lower Slew Rate 10V/µs (instead of 20V/µs)

What do you think of this OPA1654 @dillya ? We could order sample and test it next to a OPA1644.
