Got this this morning. I am going to try a fresh install (New Kali VM) to see if it is just isolated to my instance.

@obiwan420 - you need to upgrade docker compose. You should be using the newer docker compose command - this adds several additional features, including support for the ssl_version argument. You can search for that error message on your favorite search engine for additional information.

docker compose does not work. Checking docker --help and it does not support docker compose.
