Failed to access Process ID

I'm trying to inject the cheat with the ROP Compiler, but when I select the cheat, it floods the text page with
"[!] ERROR: failed to access process id:[0x0] error:[0x5]!"
I noticed that he can't get the csgo process id, because when I open it with administrador mode it says:
"[+] CSGO ProcessId: 14392" but this isn't csgo process ID.
I think the problem is in my pc, because my friend is using it normally, but he also got the same error some days ago and it was fixed out of the blue without any change.
