Hello Spence,
I noticed that the http://drazzy.com seems to be down at the moment. One can't install the core currently because of this:
Downloading index: package_drazzy.com_index.json Get "http://drazzy.com/package_drazzy.com_index.json": dial tcp 52.4.232.83:80:
connectex: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Seems to be working now, I'll close this issue.
