Double Scrollbar on Desktop

I just installed 2.0.0 and the new UI looks all nice and works well. But for me there are two scrollbars visible:
Another little enhancement could be made with the the grayed out background. When clicking on the settings icon (left) while in the + menu (right) the settings open, which shouldn't be possible:

That New + Settings issue happens on OSX and iOS clients too.

These will be fixed in the next version I am working on now...
