Feature request: Cache (encrypted) PWs for use when no network access

Here's a hypothetical:
I'm on vacation and have no wifi, and no international data plan
I've stored these in Encryptr, on my phone, which doesn't not have an international data plan.
It would be nice if I could still enter my PW and decrypt the last known batch of passwords, rather than requiring a cloud sync with every use of Encryptr.
I know this isn't perfect - what if I changed the PWs between last sync.
But it could still be very useful. (For example, the "Notes" function is great for storing 1 time backup codes)
