UI/CSS: iterative media footer

Media such as harmonic mean & sophie's diary, which have links forward and backward, should have a footer loaded in their layout that generates this navigation panel. I'm tired of cluttering up the post entry with html nonsense and correcting it manually every time is getting old.

I did this for FPMC so doing this for the others if/when I decide to work on them should be fairly simple.
