[Feature Request] Profiles and renaming timers

Hi,
love this pomodoro timer. Two ideas:

• timer profiles, since I always switch between different timer lengths and it would be convenient to have them saved
• renaming timers (e.g. "Focus", "Short break", and "Long break") - sometimes I alternate between tasks and it would be great to visually see "Task x", "Task y".

Edit:

• I wouldn't want this timer to become bloated, but a simple to do list would also be great!
