Integrated Pomotroid Todolist Feature

I'm a active pomotroid user. I was wondering that it would be really nice to have a integrated todolist feature in pomotroid, like there is in pomofocus, to keep track of task needed to be completed.

Can I work on creating a feature like that in pomotroid?

Just fork pomotroid, and check its license. I refer to #222
