Amend Docs link

Under the "Contributing" heading, the Docs link just leads to the Docs main page... It should really link to SpongeDocs on GitHub, or (as a poor alternative) the "contributing" page of the docs. There's already a link to the SpongeDocs just under the main banner anyway.
