BNB Chain: BSC Governance App

The BSC network is not only a Proof of Staked Authority blockchain network but also one that utilizes on-chain governance. The governance logic is built into the blockchain and is automatically executed as the blocking happens. However, we don't have a hands-on governance web app to lower the barrier to propose and vote. We encourage the community to implement such a product so that the community can check/submit proposals, vote based on their staking and even discuss the proposal directly on the app.
Key features of such an application would include:
- Secure voting system: The application should provide a secure and transparent voting system where members can vote on proposals and decisions.
- Decentralized decision-making: The application should allow for decentralized decision-making, where members can participate in the decision-making process, regardless of their location.
