Upload custom Contributor Agreement

DAO members should be able to upload a custom Contributor Agreement and then it should be enforced when new contributors tribute deliverables in exchange for sweat tokens.
KaliDAO smart contract allows DAO docs to be update. We need to design a way to distinguish docs of different types on-chain and then implement click-wrap for each at the appropriate places in the UI.
For example if a new Operating Agreement is uploaded, then all token holders need to acknowledge that they read it before they can interact with the DAO.
Similarly if DAO's Terms of Service change after a majority vote, that again should be a DAO wide click-wrap acceptance for further interactions with the DAO.
For Contributor Agreement, there should be a click-wrap dialog somewhere in the task submission flow.
