5.0 Tracking Update

I will post updates here as the workflow progresses.
This may be a week long process. Will know more once I can sit down and do a soft run.
New factions table will need to be setup as well.
@Shanomac99 If you are able to assist I will need your help. As of v4.5 (could be earlier) the BP is not seeing the next layer and is just terminating since it thinks there is no longer any layers to parse.
This is my last working run (looking at old run in squad)

I am thinking its not loading all layers in like before. Its just loading the layer I am selecting only.
Found the offender... Soft pass OK. Will attempt runs tomorrow.
