Create a Component derivative to display an EQ's response curve.

To help tie this, this task should depend on #12 to dogfood its API and to properly iron out a useful API for the Component.
With that, this task should probably contain the stretch goal of adding EQ band manipulation for the SimpleEQProcessor (or something generic so as to not tie too closely to it).
