Turret sounds never stopping on clients

I'm quite sure nothing's conflicting with the mod yet:
- as soon as the match starts, as soon as a turret begins shooting, its shooting sound loops forever in all clients, deafening the players for the whole match as long as they stay in the area
- doesn't happen on the host
mods that disable or turn off the turrets RemoteRemastered or Kill_It_With_Shovel, seem to allow clients to stop the sound (unless there's an enemy around).
Is there any chance you could reproduce or force-prevent this? I'm assuming something is not getting properly replicated (turret do correctly start shooting on the clients. Something could be missing when returning to an idle state).
Maybe even an ugly-and-fast periodic client-only check could solve the issue?
