Error message:

'C:\Users\rharbert\AppData\Local\SquirrelTemp\tempc\lib\net472\DesignDB_UI_ExecutionStub.exe' because it is being used by another process.
At line:1 char:1
...\tempc\ does not exist. Is this a config issue?
