Allow "Sign In" option on homepage

Need to have a "sign in" link on top right of the home page
(http://twittersentiment.appspot.com/). I needn't have to do a search for
something first in order to be given an option to sign in. I should be able
to sign in and start looking at my tracked queries rightaway.
