Frequent Neutral Tweets using API

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use API to search for a single word(a twitter trend)
2. Polarity neutral for all
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Output: Same as Sentiment140 website analysis output
Instead: Polarity=2 for all
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using on OSX
Please provide any additional information below.
