sip-iax-info not accepting = sign

Hi, i can't put equal signs on sip-iax-info custom configurations.
If you open sip_additional_parameters and save without making any modification, all parameters are cleaned from the = sign so they will be saved as:
trustrpid yes | sendrpid yes | canreinvite no

If you try to add something of course it will be cleaned too.
Same is on iax_additional_parameters.

All configuration parameters can't accept = signs so we would need to add an escape function to let users to add = on right place. Where is located the php that manages configuration post inputs?
