Make the farmer a dwarf

I want to play as a dwarf and look like the Dwarf from the mines. I do not know how to make mods but I think there are two ways of implementing this, one simple and one more complex.

1. Sprite change: mod that changes the sprite of the farmer into a dwarf and nothing else.
2. Narrative change: the complex idea is to change the interactions with the NPCs so that they speak to you as a dwarf. I think this would require a lot of dialogue writing, maybe to do with how the townspeople grow to accept and love the dwarf farmer. Maybe grandpa could have made some deal with the Wizard and that's why the farmer is a dwarf, maybe grandpa was just a dwarf too, or maybe the dwarf farmer got ownership to the farm in a different way to the normal game.

I don't think much else needs to be changed with this kind of mod. If someone ends up wanting to make a dwarf farmer mod with a lot of game changes I think that would be fun, but a seperate mod with just these superficial changes is what I'm looking for. Both could be really interesting.
