Socializing Skill Adds a skill and professions related to talking with and helping townspeople.

right now i'm writing a translation in italian i noticed that the default.json file has some typos.
at line 40 there is "completeing" (if you can't find line 40, it's the line which starts with config.ExperienceFromQuests.tooltip) and at line 55 (config.SmoothTalkerPositiveMultiplier.tooltip line) there's the word keey that i believe should be keep.
also, here's the italian translation.

Updated the Chinese translation for 2.0.1; Revised the translation of some professions to ensure that they have the same word count and are more in line with the context or original meanin

Some additional things: The configuration involving "Prestige" does not have a corresponding translatable key for i18n (even in default), what they are responsible for

(I will also re translate the translation of binnigskill, as there is a lot of content that needs to be re translated or adjusted, and I need to be busy with my graduation project, so it may be done tonight, tomorrow, or even later)
