prudentia cannot start

I've following error when starting prudentia:
...Installing setuptools, pip...done.

Is that on master?

Is related to an issue with the latest virtualenv https://bitbucket.org/pypa/setuptools/issue/129/assertionerror-egg-info-pkg-info-is-not-a
Downgrading virtualenv==1.10.1 will fix it.
