(Firefox, Safari, Edge) Printing Incident Detail page results in graphs that are too wide for their containers

This is a side-effect of hardcoding graph widths and printed page margins to look perfect in Chrome, since they won't seem to automatically resize for a print render. There must be some sort of fix to get auto-resizing working properly though, though it's elusive at the moment.
