Support more than 100 incidents in unit timeline

The current timeline graph is limited to 100 incidents due to memory/performance limitations. It would be ideal if we could extend the current graph library to support virtual scrolling, so that only a certain number of incidents are displayed at a time. But we may need to build out our own custom timeline graph to properly solve this.
