Upgrade to Font Awesome 5.x

Overview
We are currently on a legacy version Font Awesome 4. We should update to Font Awesome 5, which has improved icons. We should also attempt to eliminate any custom icons we may be using to avoid developer confusion, and clean UI.
Acceptance Criteria
- All Font Awesome Icons have been replaced with their 5.x counterparts.
- All custom icons have been replaced with similar 5.x icon
