Import visually formatted tables

As noted in #2 , and some other communications, there is interest to allow StatTag to import visually formatted tables directly into Word. If the visual formatting changes in the linked table (e.g., an external HTML file or Excel document), that should be reflected in Word.
This would differ from StatTag's current behavior, where we import the data for a table, and handle all of the formatting in Word. Because the formatting in Word is preserved, we need to consider how a linked table here would be recognized and handled differently. For example, I import a table with headings bolded. In Word, I change the heading to have a gray background. When I refresh the table, the gray background isn't reflected in the linked table, so it would get overwritten (the external table's formatting supersedes what's in Word)
Another request for this came up recently for RTF files where tables are formatted within SAS.
