Review IEEE definition of Fog Computing and consider conforming ours to it

IEEE 1934 defines fog computing as “a system-level horizontal architecture that distributes resources and services of computing, storage, control and networking anywhere along the cloud-to-things continuum. It supports industry verticals and application domains, enables services and applications to be distributed closer to the data-producing sources, and extends from the things, over the network edges, through the cloud and across multiple protocol layers.”

Reviewing.

For comparison, the current glossary definition is:
'A distributed computing concept where compute and data storage resource, as well as applications and their data, are positioned in the most optimal place between the user and Cloud with the goal of improving performance and redundancy. Fog computing workloads may be run across the gradient of compute and data storage resource from Cloud to the infrastructure edge. The term fog computing was originally coined by Cisco. Can utilize centralized, regional and edge data centers.
