I suggest we add this a sentence to the definition of edge data centre to incorporate this. I am not sure that it warrants a separate entry though it is useful.

I would like to do both. Part of the role of the glossary is to be able to grok important concepts and lights out will apply to more than just data centers. I realize it's not edge specific, but we can define it through the lens of edge.
