Steamgrid Db manager refuses to load images for epic store games

For the issue that im ran into heres my log file if this helps log.log

Every time i try to refresh the games i want to import into steam the following album art for my games are blank even though the images exist in the steam grid data base. I tried deleting the config file located in appdata to see if that would do anything but it still didnt fix my problem.
