Rename all compounds with name "ChEBI:ChEBI_ID" to their ChEBI name

We have >50k compounds with a name of the form "ChEBI:ChEBI_ID", where ChEBI is a number.
They need to be renamed to show the ChEBI preferred name.
For example, ChEBI:220659 will then become "Bacitracin H3".
