Unable to deploy CampaignFactory contract inside remix

I'm getting creation of CampaignFactory errored: transaction execution failed error when trying to deploy CampaignFactory to JS VM.
Plus Campaign's contract constructor should be marked as payable

You need to check your Metamask it shouldn't have to be in lock state.
try to check it.
